Today was a sad, sad day for us as we had to say good-bye to our 15-year-old Cockapoo, Oliver. Ollie had developed an inoperable tumor that was getting continuously infected. He was blind in one eye and his hearing was badly diminished. Setting up his appointment a week in advance gave us all time to come to grips with our decision made in consultation with our long-time vet. It was time to say good bye to our little guy and the staff at Complete Pet Care at Falls Pointe helped us through each step in the most caring, concerned and professional manner possible. Starting with a phone call with Beth to schedule our appointment, where Beth took the time to explain everything that would be done to help Ollie and us through this difficult time; to arriving at Complete Pet Care on the morning of our appointment the staff at CPC were wonderful. Dr. Amy Fear guided me through the steps she was taking in the most compassionate and dignified way possible. Hours later after having my final moments with Ollie we received a beautiful basket of flowers from the staff at CPC extending their condolences to our entire family. We have never experienced such a compassionate, caring team as those that we met at Complete Pet Care at Falls Pointe. They were a true blessing to me and my family on this difficult day.

Never personally been to the office but we learned about complete pet care at the Dirty Dogs extravaganza. Our English bulldog Daisy got bit by a golden retriever. This had never happened so naturally I panicked. Fortunately, we found the complete pet care booth and they were happy to take a look at the puncture wound, cleaned it up, and even offered to give us a pain pill for Daisy. I don’t usually write reviews but I like to give credit where credit is due. I will definitely be visiting this vet if anything happens to Daisy again. Thanks again for your awesome service!

We have used Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital for 12 years. The doctors are wonderful both with your pet and with you. We have gone through surgery, teeth cleaning and many minor problems. There is always a doctor on call.Our dog had emergency surgery on a Sunday. We also use the grooming services and have always been pleased. We have two Westies (West Highland Terriers).

Dr. Jared Connolly runs a spectacular chain of pet care practices in and around the Raleigh area. Bolstered by a consistently caring and stable staff of Vets and Vet Techs, it is always a comfort to bring one of our four dogs “home” to Complete Care for whatever they need. Be it regular check-ups, specialized care or the occasional semi-emergency, we are always confident that our extended family is receiving the very best care available.

I called them in the morning asking for advice about my cat. I had never been there before or talked to anyone there. They were so understanding and answered all of my questions without hesitation. They gave me an appointment within the hour and gave my cat a thorough examination. They even waived the 1st time new patient fee. My cat was surprisingly comfortable there and they were sweet and gentle with her. I arrived there upset and worried and left there confident and comfortable with my new doctors. They have quite a few doctors in this group. The waiting room had such a soothing atmosphere with a huge salt water fish tank that was so intriguing. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend them highly. They turned a stressful day into a happy experience.

My cat Firefly wasn’t feeling well. She haven’t eaten for several days and couldn’t whole down her food. He was dehydrated and possible kidney failure for a 12 year old cat.. I was working out of town when it happen. When the Vet in Eastern Carolina suggested taken her to Raleigh, I decided to call my regular Vet. at Pet Care Animal Hospital, where I been taking my pet dog and cat to for many year. They went out of their way to ease my concerns and I was able to make an appointment in a few hour. Dr. Amy Fear address the issue and diagnose the issue properly. My cat Firefly felt better and started eat that evening. I had a follow up call with Dr. Fear the next morning and now the cat well at home in Raleigh with the family. Thanks to Dr. Fear my family member will be around for a few more years.

We have been going to Complete Pet Care for grooming for a couple years now. We exclusively see Nacole Chachaj . Our 8 year old bullmastiff has been going to her for over 4 years (previously worked at another grooming store and followed her over). She is hands down the absolute best and is extremely professional and reliable. She takes care of our boy like if he was one of her own. I We love getting a “doggie report” . Nacole takes her time a doesn’t rush through it which we appreciate. Our boy comes home with a huge smile and his nails, fur around his foot pads are all trimmed and he smells so good! She is reasonably priced . We highly recommend Nacole!

Nacole has always taken great care of our dogs. She has been our groomer for over a year now and her work is exceptional. I like that she includes a “check list” of what was done and my next appointment date. We highly recommend Nacole for all grooming services.

This practice is amazing! Our 13 yo Boston Terrier Lucy was in respiratory distress and we thought maybe this was IT. We called them on a SUNDAY. The nicest Doctor met us there, tested, diagnosed and treated her for a minor heart valve problem, gave her a diuretic, and she was SO much better in an hour with a good prognosis. Staff was fantastic. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Jess and I would like to thank the people at Falls Pointe for providing a lifetime of fantastic care for our dog Photon. I brought her to Dr. Conley as a 5-month-old stray puppy, and over the next 14 years, he along with everyone at the hospital were instrumental in helping us maintain her good health and overall welfare. Dr. Conley is an amazing surgeon, rebuilding her damaged knee, removing suspicious (to me, anyway!) lumps and bumps, and performing delicate eye surgery- all to great success. Another big favorite of Photon’s was Paul Booms, who provided her with expert laser therapy. Not only did she shower him with dog kisses after each treatment (ample evidence that he made her feel better), he became her favorite reason in the world to get in the car. Paul also came with Dr. Thames when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved girl, and we can never thank them enough for insuring her comfort and treating her and us with such dignity, compassion, and respect. So, thank you for being her home away from home when needed, our doctors, pet counselors, and most importantly, our friends, and we will be back when another pair of loving eyes with four paws adopts Jess and me.

My poor pooch had to have an emergency surgery (spleenectomy) about three weeks ago, and the staff could NOT have been more compassionate!! They were so patient with me as I weighed my options and took time to make my decision. I felt as though I was the only patient there to them…even though I know there was a full house!! Drs. Conley and Hayes were AMAZING, informative and extremely sensitive to my situation. Vet tech Fred was equally as amazing and compassionate when getting my consent for my dog’s surgery. Exceptional care, starting from front desk staff, all the way to Dr. Thames. My puppy needed labs, and we got the labs, with results, within 45 minutes, along with a thorough explanation of the results. He had obtained the records from the Vet ER and our previous Vet, prior to our visit. The facility is brand new, and it is clean and well stocked with medicines and special foods for unique dietary needs. Dr. Thames is outstanding, compassionate, and professional. He informed us of the seriousness of our pups condition, and referred us to the necessary higher level of care. He showed genuine concern for our little guy. Our pups are our family, and we absolutely trust Dr. Thames and his staff with our 2 boys. 100% positive.

Outstanding! My dog had a random, scary injury and Dr. Thames answered the phone at 4AM on a Sunday night/Monday morn. Based on what happened, he said what he thought it was, which wasn’t too serious, and calmed me down. I brought in my dog first thing that morning. By the time I got there they had already obtained his records from this previous vet. The facility is new, clean, and very nice. All staff was very friendly and professional. Both Dr. Thames and his vet tech showed genuine care and interest in making sure my dog (son) got better in a hurry. While we were there, I decided to have a sedated nail trim (only way to trim nails for my boy) and his price was less than my prior vet, and overall prices were very reasonable. I will be back there for all future needs. Thanks!
